About Me & My Mission

Finding an individual that you can both trust for care and your animal connects with can be challenging. You deserve to have the utmost confidence in the person that you choose to work with whether it is in your home, my home, or en route to the destination of your choosing.

I have worked with dogs for over 30 years beginning in my own family’s household. My own, Remy, passed away at the beginning of 2022. I experienced acute grief in his passing to the rainbow road, so I began pet sitting on different platforms to begin my healing journey.

Since then, I have completed over 250 bookings with over 100 animals and a perfect five-star rating. I have worked with almost every breed and size of dog including papillons, chihuahuas, weimaraners, greyhounds, poodles, labradors, pit bulls, pugs, terriers, catahoulas, shepherds, corgis, daschunds…trust me there’s more. I am well versed in animals of any age and health status. Some of our best friends require special care for their health and behavioral needs to which I pay special attention to. I work thoughtfully and diligently to earn your trust and respect with you and your pets.

My mission is to provide exemplary, customized, and specialized care for your best friend in your absence.

About my Home

Nestled in the North Delridge neighborhood of West Seattle, I provide a 3 story townhouse with plenty of space for your animal to be comfortable. My home is well maintained to make sure that it is picked up, cleaned regularly to remove animal odors and hair, and free of pet mischief concerns. Dog beds are provided on every floor, but I always encourage owners to bring some of their pets’ favorite toys, blankets, or beds to have familiar smells in a new place. I have a medium-sized and large-sized dog crate on site if you’re animal is crate trained for sleeping and/or brief time away from the home.

My home is within one block of Delridge Playfield, which is a favorite walking area the dogs that stay with me. Beyond that, there are multiple walking pathways through the West Seattle Golf Course, Dragonfly Creek, and Delridge P-Patch. There is plenty of space for all animals to spread out between each other for dogs that could be leash reactive, shy to weather, or still learning their walking abilities.

Policies

  • Dropoff/pickup hours are between 7AM-10PM daily

  • All breeds of dogs are accepted. Boarding stays require your pet to be neutered/spayed.

  • All services require a meet and greet before booking either in my home, your home, or virtual.

  • Pet instructions must be sent to me 48 hours in advance before stay (by paper or virtual)

  • Puppies are welcome, but must be house broken for boarding stays.

  • You must provide local veterinary information and local contact in the event of emergency.

  • Boarding/House Sitting bookings require 50% non-refundable deposit. Remaining 50% to be charged at start of stay.

  • Drop in/Walk/Travel bookings are charged 100% at time of booking.

  • For boarding/house sitting bookings, the most time away from home on any day would be 4 hours. If your animal requires more companionship, a constant care rate will be imposed.
